Given that 2020 is an election year, I’d say zero, revenue declines be damned. They can always go on about waste in government. I anticipate another cut would require Kemp’s signature, but perhaps the vote and past Gubernatorial approval suffice. I don’t think it’ll pass. A couple-few hundred million are needed to fund Obamacare, and unregulated private communications corporations need state money for profit.
