Andrew Yang to Hold Rally in Atlanta on Thursday

Andrew Yang, an entrepreneur and a Democratic candidate for President, will hold a rally in Atlanta on Thursday, April 18 as part of his Humanity First Tour. The event will run from 6-8 p.m. at the Promenade at Piedmont Park.

A release states:

“Nearly two thousand supporters have RSVP’d to hear the 2020 hopeful speak about his vision for the country and his plan for the future of American families. Yang is looking to bring his experience as a successful tech entrepreneur and innovator to the White House as he champions new and bold ideas such as The Freedom Dividend, a form of universal basic income that would provide every American adult $1,000 per month.”

Remembering that the 2016 Republican field seemed impossibly crowded and that the campaign season started with the ultimate winner labeled as anything from a closet Democrat for previous donations to the Clintons to simply not conservative enough, I can’t wait to see how the Dems sort themselves out. I’m ready to predict they head to convention without a candidate holding a majority of delegates.
