“Federal and Georgia officials on Friday are expected to announce finalization of $3.7 billion in additional federal loan guarantees for the project, which is already billions of dollars over budget and years behind schedule.”

Not sure why the Sec. of Agriculture is part of this, but whatever.

Prediction: Once additional backing is solidly in place, there will be another upward revision in expenses and increase in time to complete.

Sec of AG part of it? A ride home for a visit.
