i don’t like the “this family member isn’t voting for this politician” stories.

Freudian slip, Chef! Whole testimony, huh? LOL Why has nobody investigated her years in prep school and college in order to establish some basis for believability? I’ve never seen any other legal situation where accusers don’t have any threshold for establishing their credibility, before being allowed to destroy someone else’s whole life. The media has been totally irresponsible in just running wild with unsubstantiated accusations all the way through this thing. Yet they are crickets on very real facts, like this perpetration of Saul Alinsky and Acorn tactics in the halls of our nation’s Capitol by a Hungarian billionaire intent… Read more »

I’ve never seen any other legal situation where accusers don’t have any threshold for establishing their credibility
.
It literally happens every time someone testifies. The jury’s job is to evaluate the credibility of witnesses. Please stop opining on things you know nothing about.

But I didn’t think there were witnesses the the Professor ‘s allegations. No one seems to back up her version.

The fact something is “he said, she said” doesn’t mean the “she” is automatically lying.
.
Kavanaugh hasn’t provided any evidence to support his denials, either. He’s the one with the burden of proof because he’s the one seeking this promotion to a position of tremendous import and power.
.

Benevolus

Even if you call that issue a draw his emotional outburst, the crying and yelling and anger, and flippant responses to legitimate questions should disqualify him anyway. Oh, and not to mention the lying.
Find somebody else.

From his perspective how can he provide exculpatory evidence for an event that never occurred? And I’ll ask again, what bad behavior did he ever exhibit at his other judge position? That’s where I’m still having trouble. Some of you are continuing to suggest that his defending himself is somehow a disqualification.

Dave Bearse

It’s tough to find exculpatory evidence for stating under oath that devil’s triangle referred to a drinking game, and that he wasn’t a puking drunk in HS when the contemporaneous yearbook time he indicated he was.
.
We’re unlikely to ever know with any certainty whether the allegation of sexual assault of Ford is true. But what we do know with certainty is Kavanaugh is a liar.

ACP, you have NO idea all the things I know about. Oh, but I forgot – lack of knowledge has never stopped you before. Carry on.

Andrew you sound like a fool…with a supposed law degree!!

The accused has the burden of proof !!!! To prove he is innocent! That’s never been the case in the history of this country.

You might want to go back to law school .. For that reason alone don’t elect these fascist fools in November. Do you want to live in a liberal police state?

Sally Forth

“He’s the one with the burden of proof “

ACP, say huh? Please stop opining on things you obviously know nothing about. It’s that old legal basic, the presumption of innocence. The burden of proof is always on the accuser, no matter what the situation.

Andrew C. Pope
Andrew C. Pope

It isn’t a legal proceeding. He isn’t facing civil or criminal penalties. He isn’t facing the revocation of his rights or property. Kavanaugh is interviewing for a promotion. Like any job interview, the onus is on the interviewee to demonstrate they’re competent and qualified for the job.
.
“Innocent until proven guilty” doesn’t apply outside of the legal system.

Sally you better get back in line or your account will get hacked like mine and Noway’s! Don’t be hatin”! Don’t be asking questions about another con job! This one aint working either but don’t tell the radical libs this. They think this is effective. Oh, how did CNN have a camera right there!?! Haha! They were in on it! Now get back on your plantation Sally and quit being “uppity”! And yo’ shoes is too shiny!! They might not ask you to host Saturday Night Live again! Oh and keep up the good work!!

Andrew C. Pope

No one hacked your account. You morons did it yourselves to prop up your perpetual victimhood narrative

And, not my expertise, but technically I don’t think you were hacked— you were spoofed.
Besides one or two small details, I couldn’t tell much difference in some of the posts between the original and the copycat.

Will Durant

Correct btb. For example a username could be set up using “downthеmiddlе” instead of “downthemiddle” where a different character code is used for one of the letters. Can you tell the difference? The WordPress program does and thus treats them as unique user names. This ain’t hacking, it is as you said, spoofing and ridiculously easy.

downthemiddle

I even highlighted the hack as the liberal candy ass was doing it… I highlighted the exact ones that were hacked or spoofed!! You saw folks from the website saying both mine and Noway’s accounts were hacked by the same person… And you know who it is. So here you are denying actual evidence in front of your llying arrogant self. You can go look at the damn post again if you were so freaking lazy. You just got caught in another lie little buddy!

Will Durant

Again, this is pointless. You don’t even have an understanding of the words you type. Even when you aren’t plagiarizing others.

Yeah, I gotta do something about my shoes, scuff ’em up!
Speaking of, where IS Noway?

The burden of proof doesn’t apply to the accused only if you are a radical liberal numb nut not interested in the truth at all but want to destroy a Supreme Court candidate you don’t like.

Does anyone disagree with that?

Hi folks, lookie who just got arrested for all sorts of crimes. Heck he is just following the rest of his party isn’t he? Andrew, I bet you can excuse this behavior too cant you? He didn’t accuse anyone of rape did he? Look at the little arrogant, snowflake twit…Another crooked DNC staffer…going to the pokey. I hope they prosecute these false accusers too. Maybe this guy can get a job at the FBI or IRS. Strzok, Page and Comey are gone. Maybe Feinstein’s staff is hiring since there is an opening after her driver of 20 years, who was a… Read more »

WSJ today. Remember a week ago I told folks that the libs were railoroading this judge like Tom Robinson in To Kill a Mockingbird. I would love to see any democrat say how this is not exactly what is going on. No innocent until proven guilty. Lawers on this blog brag about it. Its just a job interview. Hey if you go to a job interview and they do this to you, get a GOOD LAWYER and sue them to the wall. Will the Senate Kill a Mockingbird? Democrats, are you proud of what you have done? Don’t rationalize it.… Read more »

I haven’t heard Alinsky’s name mentioned in years. I guess I thought you guys finally realized he was dead.

Sally Forth

But his book “Rules for Radicals” is very much alive and in use today. It elaborates on tactics for his 13 Rules; the last 9 are currently being implemented flagrantly: “Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.” “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” “Whenever possible go outside the expertise of the enemy.” “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” “Keep the pressure on.”… Read more »

‘Flagrant’ just means they work.

Alinsky was an organizer and an agitator and a man of the left. He could be a royal pita if you had something he wanted. I can see why that would alarm the right.

Here you go: Buckley interviews Alinsky. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ9Si5pkAqg&feature=youtu.be

“Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.”
Another way of saying that is; It doesn’t matter what you have as long as the enemy thinks you have it.
Which is why, if the Russians really do have ‘kompromat’ on Trump, they wouldn’t release it. It loses it’s power once it is exposed. Unless of course, they decide they want to destroy him. But they might not have anything, but if Trump thinks they might have something, he might be inclined to behave appropriately.

Yeah, his was a fine communist philosophy that America’s constitutional structure and capitalism needed to be destroyed, and replaced with mob rule. This guy was a disgusting piece of crap who stood for the worst elements of society. He was a freakazoid who devoted his drug-addled life to creating chaos. He gleefully developed his “rules” for creating anarchy and blowing apart American civilization. Today his anarchist schemes have been adopted by Soros and his multi-million dollar organizations, “community organizers” manipulating the mindless masses into self-destruction. They engender hate for all that is good about America and thrive on divisiveness. Wake… Read more »
