State Of The State At 11am: Watch Live
Governor Nathan Deal will offer his final state of the state address this morning. Expect a bit of a reflection – a well earned victory lap if you will. This is not, however, a Governor who is ready to rest on his laurels. There are things he still wishes to accomplish. He previewed at least one major initiative yesterday at Eggs and Issues in that he wants to create a new court (via constitutional amendment) to handle complex business matters, freeing up superior courts across the state for their criminal/civil workload. What else will he have, and will there be a direct charge/warning directly to legislators/candidates that are already playing revisionist history with his record?
