Wild Hog Dinner is Tonight! Yes, Tonight!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and that means tonight is the Georgia Food Bank Association’s Annual Wild Hog Dinner (yes, we know it was originally hosted by lobbyists). The dinner is co-hosted by Agricultural Commissioner Gary Black and benefits the GFBA’s Farm to Food Bank Program. Family-friendly and a “dry” event, you’ll run into elected officials from across the state and enjoy yummy BBQ, although I can personally be found within mere feet of the peach cobbler table.

You can still get tickets at the door starting at 4:45 this afternoon. Tickets are $30.

Details are as follows:

WHEN: Sunday, January 7th from 5:30-7:30 PM. The ticket office in the Blue Room of the Georgia Freight Depot will open at 4:45 PM, but doors to the event will not open until 5:30 PM.
WHERE: The Georgia Freight Depot, 65 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, SE, Atlanta, GA 30334.
