Morning (Brunch) Reads for Tuesday, December 26, 2017
We’re moving a little slow in Cataula this day after Christmas. I’m pretty sure my dishwasher hasn’t stopped running since Friday night, my floors have seen better (cleaner) days, and last night’s fire pit is still smoldering. Basically, a successful Christmas. Here’s hoping yours was as well!

- Heather Menzies-Urich (Louisa Von Trapp) died Sunday evening.
- Thank the Lord for the TSA.

- I wouldn’t call this a total recovery, but Bitcoin did rise 10%.

I had to look up Cataula.
Christmas season 2017 was a big win for retailers with sales up 4.9 percent over last year. I don’t suppose that’s net of returned sales but I’m not about to go check myself to see how clogged aisles and registers are today.

The Highlight of Ellynn’s Christmas – Said by my almost drunk Uncle; “YOU ARE THE PROBLEM” with Brandy old fashion in hand after he asked me if it was true Savannah had the largest container port on the East Coast. Yup, I am the reason all the “$%#@ junk” from China comes into the country and takes his grandsons jobs.
