Peter Aman is Running For Atlanta Mayor

Peter Aman, the former COO for the City of Atlanta, said he is running for mayor.

In a statement posted on his website, Aman said:

“We need to continue the progress we have made to build an Atlanta that is and will remain an incredible place to live and work for generations to come. We can collectively redefine what it means to be a vibrant, livable, and united capital of the South.  That’s why I’m running to be the 60th Mayor of Atlanta.”

This means we could have at least seven candidates in the running to replace term-limited mayor Kasim Reed.

Honest question, is it pronounced “ah-mon”, “A-man”, or “A-mon”.

It’ll be a fun race next year; I’m looking forward to it.
