Jack is the best golfer to ever breathe, but there’s just something special about Palmer. Can’t put my finger on it other than to quote a line from one of the many specials I have seen about the two men. “People respect Jack; people love Arnie…” To see him yesterday in a weakened condition literally brought a tear. So in the spirit of being useful I will warn people who might have been a bit quick in planting their gardens or have annuals or any other plants susceptible to frost/freeze to protect them as best you can because this weekend we will be getting very close to freezing in the Metro (worse farther north you go).
