Biden, Collins Lead in New Poll

In a brand-new poll shared with The National Journal‘s Hotline, Joe Biden leads President Trump and Rep. Doug Collins will maybe head to a runoff with Sen. Kelly Loeffler.

The poll was conducted by Public Policy Polling (538 rating: B) for End Citizens United.

In the presidential matchup it’s Biden’s 49% to Trump’s 45. The MOE is 3.6%. If President Trump loses Georgia is there really a path to 270 Electoral College votes?

While Collins does lead Loeffler, there’s not much room for confidence. The leaders, if they can be called that, are:

• Rep. Collins — 23%
• Not sure — 22%
• Sen. Loeffler — 21%
• Raphael Warnock — 20%.
