HD 71 Headed to an October 1 Runoff
Despite polling almost 9 points behind Marcy Westmoreland Sakrison (R), Philip Singleton (R) has forced a runoff to be held on October 1 by garnering almost 37% of the vote to Sakrison’s 34%. Jill E. Prouty (D) finished with 22% and Nina Blackwelder (R) at 7%.
