One Bill on Senate Floor on Thursday, February 7
The Senate is scheduled to have one bill on the floor tomorrow, Thursday, February 7 when they convene at 10:00 a.m. Senate Bill 25, sponsored by Sen. Bill Heath (District 31, R), clarifies when vehicles have to stop for a school bus on a divided highway. The new language would not require a vehicle to stop only if there is a separation made between the two roads “by a grass median, unpaved area, or physical barrier.”
