So a female teacher can wear a skirt or dress that is the conservative “just below the knee” length, but a pair of tailored capris at mid-calf (4-6 inches longer then the conservative dress length) is bad? Or is the dress/skirt length just above the ankle too? What’s next on his list, gaudy seasonal themed jewelry? My mom’s ugly scarecrow pin was a hit with her 7 year olds, but she would never wear it to an interview or a major meeting at the district office.
