Rep. Buddy Carter (R, GA-1) will appear on Shepard Smith Reporting today at 3:15 p.m. on Fox News. He will be discussing the American Health Care Act.

Did I miss him? 3:23 and they are discussing the other crazy leader of a country.
I can’t help but notice the lack of the usual “PRESS RELEASES FROM GEORGIA CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION ON X” post for Trump/Ryancare…
These are among the least constructive of comments, and the kind that piss me off the most.
You get a free product, one that is provided by contributors who donate their time.
On top of that, I’ve been quite public with the fact that our Editor in Chief is battling cancer. I as publisher have spent my day taking him for a treatment, just concluded.
I, from the waiting room, asked for one if our contributors to post Carter’s hit as a way to get the conversation started.
I’m sorry we’ve failed to provide you the grist you feel entitled to in the timeframe you demand. You will be provided a full refund. And I hope you use those funds to kindly go screw yourself.
I am sorry you feel stress Charlie. Cancer is no fun (been there), and we often forget and dont appreciate those that provide support. In some ways its just as hard mentally. Stay strong for those that need you.
First: I am deeply concerned about Mr. Richards’ health and deeply sorry for your pain and his. Cancer sucks. It royally, completely, sucks. It took my father, three of my uncles, and nearly took my aunt as well. It drains you, it drains your family, and it drains your friends. It’s a terrible thing to go through and I deeply respect your being there for Mr. Richards today both as a colleague and a friend.
This wasn’t a criticism of the Blog’s output or lack thereof. I deeply regret that you interpreted it that way, for that was not my intent. Rather, this blog is run by straight shooters respected by all sides, but it’s still part of the GA GOP and GA Politics firmament. When there is a message to get out, it’s often the place to go. When there’s a big event, the blog puts out the Congressional Delegation’s press releases. The point I was making wasn’t that you didn’t post them, but that there don’t seem to be any. I went to Reps. Hice, Austin Scott, Carter, Loudermilk, Woodall, Graves, Allen, Ferguson and Sens. Perdue and Isakson’s websites looking for press releases on Ryan/Trump Care, and found only one press release. Rep. Allen went on the record saying that it was a “big and needed step in the repeal and replacement process” but that he looked “forward to reviewing this bill and working with my colleagues as they markup the first draft to produce a final product.” Not a ringing, full throated endorsement of the bill as written. Which was my point: This was the big rollout, and the entire GAGOP Delegation seems to know a lemon when it sees it.

That said, the comment remains for others that whining to me about what’s not currently being posted here, and/or those acting as if I owe them free PR (cough, team Rubio, cough).

Charlie, all I asked was did I miss him? He can’t have spoken long.
Although judging by other GOP reps, the bill as is is DOA. Maybe this truly was a first step in the process. The hard right and the squishy middle don’t seem very happy with Trumpcare at the moment.
Back to the subject at hand… Rep Carter was just on All In and lets just say he can parrot a line over and over. You can tell they dont even believe in their own healthcare plan. He also tried to dodge a direct question about whether people would lose coverage under their plan, but when asked again, he said he didnt know. I know as do most people this (AHCA) is not a solution to any real problem. It just makes the problem worse.
